Consider using the nearby communal car park for easier access, as parking at the hotel can be tricky during peak times.

Had a really great stay.
I was given superior king room with a fridge, an electric kettle and central heating. Exceptional position was an added bonus.

We were there for a short stay, and had a such great time. Overall stylish hotel, we came here with our children. Loved the exceptionally clean room, and the excellent view of Polzeath beach. The location was stunning and exceptional, right by the sea, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Fast food restaurant Pasty Cellar was located 5 minutes walk away👌

Not enough parking available!!! The location was misleading, requiring a longer drive than expected!!! Room 2 overheated from the kitchen below-management should really think about installing proper air conditioning!!!

Staying at beach house was fantastic! The continental breakfast was generous with amazing bread, jams, and pastries. Enjoying the fine bay view while eating was a huge plus. The hotel was perfect location near the beach, yet removed from the crowds. The staff were attentive. Everything was super clean, even better!

I spent three nights in a Superior Beautiful Double or Twin Room. The room was super clean, really nice in terms of decor, and the beds super comfy. Staff members were really good when I faced an issue with the heat in room 2. They quickly moved me to another room and made the transition smooth. The location is gorgeous, right by the beach, easy to enjoy long walks near the coast. The bar area had beautiful views and was a nice spot to relax. The dining experience was very disappointing. Breakfast was consistently chaotic. I waited over an hour for coffee on the first day and another lengthy wait for food that wasn't even fresh. Each morning, dirty tables just piled up around us. Staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, ignoring customers who clearly needed assistance. I opted to have breakfast elsewhere on the third day. The restaurant should really work on its service to match the lovely setting. A beautiful spot but needs serious dining improvements.

Fine, Fine, Fine
The amazing view from the room was pure magic, waking up to the sunrise over the shimmering waves daily was an absolute delight! I couldn't get enough of the Atlantic restaurant's gourmet pizzas. They were a locals' favorite for a reason-so delicious! The perfect cleanliness and attention to detail. I loved coming back to a perfectly arranged room after an exciting day at the beach.
Totally recommend 🌊❤️

While £250 a night is steep, the lack of air conditioning is a big miss, especially with heat rising in summer. Mornings brought chaos in the bar/restaurant with dirty tables piling up and slow service. Two copious waits for coffee and food tarnished the experience as we felt largely ignored. Parking is a hassle. Finding a space outside was a gamble, and no discounts for public parking feel off given the nightly rates.

In my wife's opinion, the housekeeping should be more thorough with cleaning up after meals.

We had a lovely time enjoying the generous continental breakfast with good breads and fruit while soaking in views over the bay. The beach access was super convenient, perfect for quick dips and strolls on the sand. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a few more vegan options on the menu, but honestly, everything we tried was fantastic! 🌊

great stay but minor room issue
The location is ideal for those who enjoy coastal walks. I loved being just steps away from the path. The dining options was great with the evening meal providing fine views.
The room could have used better lighting in the evening.
